Urban mobility or urban transport in general is a combination of passenger and goods transportation methods and systems that provide daily communication between different parts of a city. It is one of the fundamental aspects of socio-economic life that defines the rhythm of cities, within which various technologies are brought to life, innovations are implemented, and various urban and economic entities are active.

For at least the last decade, we can find environmental publications, articles, and programs almost every day, the main message of which is global warming and the widespread increasing level of air pollution. It is impossible to deny the data obtained by objective metrological methods. They really reflect the above-mentioned problems, which in turn pose serious challenges to both international structures and governments at different levels of individual countries.
